Anxiety

Everyone experiences anxiety. Some more intensely than others, some more effectively than others. You’re here because your anxiety is keeping you from living the life you want, whether it be finding a new job, having the relationships you want, or fully enjoying your personal time.
My approach is to give you the tools to harness your anxiety–to change your relationship with it–in a way that helps you accomplish your goals and stay true to your values.
Anxiety is a great motivator and contributes to our highest performances. When we feel it, it is often an indicator that we’re engaging with or in something important to us. But sometimes it gets to be too much or too long. I will teach you skills to regulate it when your anxiety is no longer effective, set limits, and let go of the need to be productive all the time.
If your goal is to make anxiety go away, we’re probably not the right fit. I set high goals but I make them realistic.
